We are a small family business run by husband and wife, united by our love for craftsmanship and timeless design. Although we’ve been working with leather bags and accessories for over eight years, our story began much earlier.

My name is Yuliia, and I’ve been passionate about fashion and sewing since childhood. I later studied fashion in Florence, Italy, which shaped my eye for detail and deep appreciation for true Italian style.

Today, we work closely with skilled craftsmen in Italy to bring our collections to life. Many of the leather workshops we collaborate with are small, family-owned businesses just like ours. We value these partnerships deeply — they allow us to combine authentic Italian craftsmanship with our own vision and high standards.

We work exclusively with genuine leather and offer only pieces we truly believe in — designs trusted and loved by thousands of our customers.

Where do you ship from?

Most of our orders are shipped from Poland using DHL or FedEx.

Some models may ship directly from Italy via DPD, and occasionally we also ship from our US stock when items are available there.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times depend on where your order is shipped from and your location.

• Europe: usually 3–5 business days

• United States (from Europe): usually 4–6 business days via DHL or FedEx

• United States (from our US stock): 2–5 business days via USPS

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Will I need to pay customs or import fees for US orders?

No. For orders shipped to the United States, we cover the import duties, so you won’t need to pay anything extra upon delivery.

What you see at checkout is the final price.

Are your bags made from real leather?

Yes. We work exclusively with genuine leather.

All of our bags are crafted in Italy, using high-quality leather selected for durability, texture, and character.

Because leather is a natural material, each bag may have small natural variations, which makes every piece unique.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — as long as your order has not been shipped yet.

Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to cancel or update your order.

What comes with the bag?

Each bag comes with our branded dust bag, so you can safely store and protect it when not in use.
