I received amazing customer service. I got answers to my questions quickly and was sent photos. I made a mistake when checking out and she quickly helped me cancel and repurchase. Shipping to the US was way faster than I expected! The bag is incredible quality, very soft and smells like true leather. I did unfortunately misunderstand a few things about what I was ordering, I was hoping for a shoulder bag but this one does not fit over the shoulder. Colors can also vary in person vs pictures. However, I do feel that she went above and beyond - I still feel a 5 star rating is appropriate. I will recommend to others, thank you!
